Join us for a session designed for female leaders in the New Hampshire hospitality industry. You already know how to make a guest feel seen the moment they walk through the door. This session is about turning that same instinct toward your own team, especially when that team spans a twenty-two-year-old and a twenty-year veteran working the same shift. It puts one of leadership's most human challenges front and center: leading across generations without losing what makes each person on your team who they are. Through a live connection experience and hands-on workshopping, you'll build real trust with the leaders in the room, then walk away with practical tools you can bring back and use with your own team the very next week.
