Join us for a session designed for female leaders in the New Hampshire hospitality industry. Learn how to master the interviewing process, hire the right staff, and onboard new team members effectively. We'll also explore strategies for cultivating talent, managing difficult conversations, and creating a productive, safe work environment. 

Our Speaker- As an HR/People Ops professional for the past 8+ years, Korina Costanzo has worked to build teams, support leadership during rapid growth, and implement/streamline processes to set a strong foundation for a company's most valuable asset - the people! Operating with a high level of integrity and honesty is paramount in her daily work. Creativity and innovation are must-haves when trying to create an inclusive, fun and rewarding workplace. 

We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt gratitude to FEEDNH for their generous support. Their contribution to the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Education Foundation (NHLRAEF) plays a pivotal role in making Women in Leadership accessible to all, helping to defray ticket costs and create equal opportunities for attendance.
