Our Speaker- As an HR/People Ops professional for the past 8+ years, Korina Costanzo has worked to build teams, support leadership during rapid growth, and implement/streamline processes to set a strong foundation for a company's most valuable asset - the people! Operating with a high level of integrity and honesty is paramount in her daily work. Creativity and innovation are must-haves when trying to create an inclusive, fun and rewarding workplace.
