Hospitality Leadership: Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders 
This program is designed to help you unlock your leadership potential in the hospitality industry and drive meaningful change within your team.

This session is a continuation from our March 31 session on the DISC Personality Assessment, which helps leaders understand how behavioral styles influence responses to conflict. By recognizing their own tendencies and those of others, leaders can adapt their approach, communicate with clarity, and de-escalate tension effectively. The focus is on building trust, strengthening relationships, and leading through conflict in a way that drives accountability and results. Ideally, participants will have attended the March 31 session or has recently taken the DISC Assessment.

Lunch will be included.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026 will be granted a full refund minus the 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. All requests made to change attendee names will be accepted within 24 hours of the event.
