This program is designed to help you unlock your leadership potential in the hospitality industry and drive meaningful change within your team.
In this session, we’ll focus on the DISC Assessment. By understanding your DISC profile, you’ll learn how your personality influences interactions with peers, staff, and guests. This session will provide tools for improving communication, managing conflict, and building stronger relationships.
All attendees will receive access to the DISC Assessment prior to March 31. This should be competed and printed to bring on March 31. The session will begin with discussion around the assessment and it will thread throughout the session. The cost of the assessment is $106 per/ person. This is included in the cost of the session. Lunch will be included.
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026 will be granted a full refund minus the 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. All requests made to change attendee names will be accepted within 24 hours of the event.

Parking- Please avoid parking in the visitor spaces bordering the building on the lobby entrance side. These spaces are for visitors for businesses who rent space from Delta Dental. You may park in any other open parking spots around the building. If there are no spaces available, you may park in the One Delta parking lot across the street and then walk through the ‘Root Canal’ underpass to attend the meeting at Two Delta.
