This program is designed to help you unlock your leadership potential in the hospitality industry and drive meaningful change within your team.

DISC Personality Assessment and Managing with Emotional Intelligence: In this session, we’ll focus on the DISC Personality Assessment and Managing with Emotional Intelligence. By understanding your DISC profile, you’ll learn how your personality influences interactions with peers, staff, and guests. This session will provide tools for improving communication, managing conflict, and building stronger relationships. Additionally, we’ll explore how Emotional Intelligence can enhance your leadership by helping you navigate challenges with empathy and awareness.

All attendees will receive access to the DISC Personality Assessment prior to May 20. This should be competed and printed to bring on May 20. The session will begin with discussion around the assessment and it will thread throughout the session. The cost of the assessment is $100 per/ person. This is included in the cost of the session.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 will be granted a full refund minus the 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. All requests made to change attendee names will be accepted within 24 hours of the event.
