Description

Women in Leadership- Leading with Purpose: Embracing the Principles of Servant Leadership

Join us for a session designed for female leaders in the New Hampshire hospitality industry. Empower and elevate your team with the principles of servant leadership. In the hospitality industry, where every guest's experience matters, a servant leader focuses on supporting and uplifting their staff. By prioritizing their needs, fostering growth, and leading with empathy, you create an environment where exceptional service flourishes, and both your team and guests thrive.

Our Speaker- Stacy Krecklow, Owner of Ohana Kitchen and Founder of Stacy Krecklow Leadership Coaching. She spent 18+ years working at the restaurant group, Flatbread Company. During this time, she became passionate about employee culture, community focused business practices, and helped create the management leadership program for the nationwide brand. This led her into her passion with business and leadership coaching. She works with entrepreneurs and upcoming business leaders. In 2017, Stacy and her husband Jay opened their first joint restaurant venture called Ohana Kitchen in Portsmouth NH. In 2018-2023, they opened their second and third locations in Exeter, NH and Kittery, ME. Their fourth location is opening this spring in Dover, NH. Ohana Kitchen is a fun, fast, healthy quick serve Poke restaurant with care towards environmentally friendly practices and a servant leadership culture.

We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt gratitude to FEEDNH for their generous support. Their contribution to the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Education Foundation (NHLRAEF) plays a pivotal role in making Women in Leadership accessible to all, helping to defray ticket costs and create equal opportunities for attendance.

The mission of FEEDNH.org Great New Hampshire Restaurants’ Charitable Trust – is to strengthen New Hampshire communities through philanthropic collaboration, dedicated employee involvement and volunteerism benefiting local Families, Elderly, Education, and Disadvantaged. This aligns perfectly with the NHLRAEF’s commitment to inspiring the next generation of hospitality leaders and developing our current generation.

Thank you, FEEDNH, for your dedication and for being a cornerstone in our effort to provide quality and valuable education to women in the hospitality and tourism industry.
