The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams, and educational materials to food service managers. Individuals can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP), which is valid for five years. Through a third-party vendor, the NHLRA regularly holds ServSafe training classes throughout the state of New Hampshire. Classes are offered monthly in Concord, Lebanon, Manchester, Nashua, North Conway, and Portsmouth from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

ServSafe® Food Protection classes run approximately 6 hours including the exam. We do a working lunch and keep our breaks short. Class includes the written exam (10 days for results).
