Owned and operated by the same family for six decades, Wakeda is a friendly, exceptionally well-maintained, family campground nestled in the pines. We are just 8 miles from Hampton Beach and close to the historic towns of Exeter, Newburyport, and Portsmouth, which offer endless opportunities for dining, shopping, and sight seeing. Our location is an hour north of Boston and an hour south of NH’s Lakes Region, also making us a great base for day trips. We offer beautiful, wooded sites for everything from tents to large RVs, as well as rustic camping cabins. Our family looks forward to welcoming yours!

Amenities: 399 sites; 289 full hook-ups, some pull thru (30 and 50 amp), 51 W/E, 39 tent, and 20 camping cabins. Clean facilities, laundry, playground, dog park, pickleball court, mini golf, game room, trading post/camp store with ice cream stand, Saturday night make-your-own ice cream sundaes (July and August), pavilion, 1/2 court basketball, horseshoes, corn hole, dump station, wood, and ice. Fireplaces and picnic tables on all sites.
