Our digital magazine, The Dish, is the only publication dedicated exclusively to New Hampshire's hospitality industry. Each month, we feature compliance articles, news and updates, the latest products and services, and highlights from our members to keep our readers connected and informed. NHLRA members and subscribers receive The Dish through email on the third Wednesday of every month. The submission deadline for content submissions is the second Friday of every month.

The inclusion of articles in The Dish is a benefit of membership, and is no cost for current members in good standing. Non-members may contribute for a fee. NHLRA members also receive preferential pricing for advertisements.
The Dish will be sent via email to subscribers after the publication has been posted. Subscribers can also go to our Bookcase to read the latest edition.
